Patricia Ann Stewart, 75, passed away Wednesday January 20, 2021 at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital.

Due to Covid19 there will be no memorial service at this time. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, January 24, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the home of Brenda and Rick Page, 1502 Chauncey Dr., Tarboro, N.C.

Patricia worked in finances for many years, retiring from Citi Bank as an executive officer after many years of service in New Jersey. She moved back to Tarboro to enjoy her retirement and to be close to her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Bessie Hope Penwell; and a brother Harry Penwell. She is survived by her loving family including daughter, Vicky Stewart; sisters, Betty Lassiter and husband, Richard, Brenda Page and husband, Rick; Fur Baby, Meeka; Nieces, Jennifer L. Phillips and Nicky Lane; Great-nephew, Kendall Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Edgecombe County Animal Shelter Fundraiser, make checks payable to Edgecombe County Sheriff's Office, P. O. Box 219, Tarboro, N.C. 27886 with memo line being "Animal Shelter Donation Fund".
