Peggy will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was centered around caring for others. She had a generous spirit and a heart that embraced everyone she met, always ready to offer guidance, support, or a warm meal, especially her famous banana pudding. Peggy was the true matriarch of her family, a steady source of wisdom and strength, and a devoted advocate for those she loved. She played an active role in helping raise her children and grandchildren, leaving a lasting imprint on each of their lives.
Peggy lived life with energy and passion. She was very athletic, playing travel softball into her early 50s and continuing to bowl well into her late 60s. She also found happiness in gardening, shopping, fishing, and cooking for those she loved. Her faith was an important part of her life, and she remained active in her church community, where her kindness and compassion touched many.
Peggy’s legacy is one of love, strength, and selflessness. She truly loved everybody and was deeply loved in return.
