Phillip Davis Keeter, 80, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025.

Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Carlisle Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 2:00PM in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Edgecombe Memorial Park.

Phillip was a loving husband and brother, but he was also a very loving daddy and papa to his children and grandchildren. He was full of life and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Phillip was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Hope Keeter; his parents, Jake and Haddie Keeter; and brother, Steve Keeter.

He is survived by his son, Phillip Davis Keeter II and wife Crystal; daughter, Charity Scott and husband Bobby; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Tommy), Matthew Davis Keeter, Sarah Wood (Austin), Katlin Scott (Chris), Jessica Scott (Preston Frey), and Kristina Keeter; great grandchildren, Grayson Frey-Scottl and Benjamin Daniels.

He also loved his dog, Butterscotch.
