Roy Eugene Baker, 66, of Tarboro, NC passed away on July 25th, 2020. He was born in Nash County on October 8th, 1953 to Wilbur Lee and Louginia Marie Carroll Baker.

Roy graduated from North Edgecombe High School in 1972 before attending Nash Technical College. He worked in sales prior to starting his most recent endeavor of becoming the "skin man" in Tarboro. Roy loved his family and spending his time with P.J. Together, they enjoyed Fridays with their karaoke family.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Louginia Baker. He is survived by his significant other of 20 years Pluma "P.J." Riggs; his sisters Joan Baker Barnes (John) and Kaye Baker Elliott (Ray); children Charles E. "Gene" Baker, Michael Lee Baker (Mary K.), and Cindy Riggs Smith;  grandchildren Brittain Chase Baker, Marcy Lynn Baker, Madilyn Lee Baker, and Jayci Riggs Smith; nieces & nephews Alvin Ray Barnes, Donald Cannon Barnes, Jason Ray Elliott (Nicole), Kayleigh, Ethan & Autumn.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 2:00 until 5:00 pm at the home of Pluma Riggs, 621 Harts Mill Run Rd., Tarboro, N.C.
