Sellie Joseph Pierce Jr., 82, passed away peacefully at his home on September 23, 2021.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Tarboro Church of God at 11:00 AM.

Sellie retired from Sprint Telephone Co. after many years of service. He was a member of Tarboro Church of God and loved the Lord Jesus Christ and his church family.

He was survived by his wife of 48 years, Geraldine Pierce; daughter, Cindy Pierce (Todd); sons, Craig and Greg Pierce; grandsons, Josh and Steven Cruz; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Mitch Roberson.

Funeral service will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 12:00 noon, at Tarboro Church of God with Pastor Sammy Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Edgecombe Memorial Park.
