UPDATED INFORMATION FOR SERVICE:
Tarboro
Sheila Kaye Phillips, 46, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Vidant Medical Center.
Graveside service will be held Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Edgecombe Memorial Park with Pastor Steve Herring officiating.
Family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home, Thursday from 2:00 -2:45 pm.
Sheila was born in Edgecombe County, July 18, 1974 to Edward and Mary Elizabeth Phillips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Ann Phillips.
She is survived by her uncles, Tony Norris, Sr. and Donald Linwood Norris.
