Mrs. Shirley Faye Riddick, age 83, passed away in Vidant Edgecombe Hospital on Monday, December 10, 2018.

Shirley worked for Runnymede Mills for many years and attended First Free Will Baptist Church in Tarboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents Tommy and Margaret Roberts; husband John Riddick; and a brother Tommy Roberts.

Shirley is survived by her two sons: Dale Riddick of Tarboro, Richard and wife Wanda Fogel of Tarboro; six grandchildren, Richard A. Fogel, Angela F. Carter, Tayla M. Fogel, Brett Riddick, Ashilan Riddick, Amber Webb; and eight great-grandchildren niece and nephew Wanda Roberts Smith and Tommy Roberts.

A Celebration of Shirley's Life will be held at 2:00pm in the chapel of Carlisle Funeral Home on Friday, December 14, 2018 with the Rev. Stanley Buck officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home. The interment will follow services in Edgecombe Memorial Park, Tarboro.
