Sue Lynn "Susie" Taylor, 70, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Edgecombe Memorial Park with Pastor James Keel officiating.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother with a big heart and a great love for the Lord.

Susie was born in Edgecombe County on August 10, 1951 to King Joseph and Minnie Ruth Lynn.

Susie's parents and brother Mickey Lynn preceded her in death.

She is survived by her loving family which includes her husband of 41 years, Al Taylor; daughter, Tracy Weaver and her husband Landon; step-son, Ashley Taylor and wife Elizabeth; grandchildren, Taylor Weaver, Grace Taylor and Laura Graham Taylor; siblings, Jo Ann Hale and late husband Henry Hale, Peggy Capps and her late husband Gray Capps, Barbara Jean Lynn, Donnie Lynn and his late wife Trudy Lynn, Addie Keel and husband James Keel, Billy Lynn and wife Sandra Lynn, Kathy Lynn (widow) Mickey Lynn, Evelyn Walston and husband Bobby Walston.

The family will be receiving friends at Evelyn Walston's house, 166 Rollingwood Dr., Tarboro, NC 27886.
