Tammy Wadsworth Little, 60 years old, of Battleboro, NC passed on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

Tammy was born in Tarboro, NC in 1965 to Maxine and Edward Wadsworth.

Tammy was preceded in death by Maxine Wadsword (mother), Edward Wadsworth (father), and Curtis Wadsworth (brother). She is survived by Judy Wadsworth (sister), Robert Wadsworth (brother) and her son, Brandon Little.

Tammy taught at the School of Deaf in Wilson for 13 years. She enjoyed teaching the children valuable life skills. She enjoyed being with family no matter their ups and downs. She enjoyed playing card games such as phase 10 or rummy along with board games. Her world was relighted when Maddison Brunett was born in 2018, and again when Jackson Brunett was born in 2021. These two were her new joy as she babysat them and taught them.

Visitation will be held at the fellowship hall at Avalon Baptist Church on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 7:00pm to 9:00pm. 3225 Old Battleboro Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801.
