Thomas E. Andrews, 94, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017. Funeral service will be held 2:00pm on Sunday at Trinity Baptist Church with the Rev. Jordon R. Willard and Rev. Tim Andrews officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife Ethel White Andrews. He was a WW II veteran. Thomas retired from the US Postal Service after 32 years of service. He is survived by, Son, Thomas Edward "Eddie" Andrews, of Tarboro; grandson, Robert Darrin Andrews and wife Nikki, of Tarboro; great grandchildren, Sarah, Abby, Autumn and Hunter Andrews, all of Tarboro. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund, 730 W. Wilson St. Tarboro, NC 27886. The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home on Saturday from 6:00-8:00pm. Arrangements are by Carlisle Funeral Home, Inc., of Tarboro.
