Thomas Hooks  "Tommy"  Mills, Jr., 57, passed away on Monday February 11, 2019.

He was born in Edgecombe County on September 18, 1961 to Thomas Hooks Mills and Gloria Price Mills.

The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 6 until 7 Pm. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 Pm on Thursday at the funeral home.

Tommy was a fanatic of Dale Earnhardt. He had an extensive collection of  Earnhardt's memorabilia. He was also a huge fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Redskins and loved to watch them play. Tommy loved his family and his precious babies Sassy and Tazzy. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Tommy is survived by his mother, Gloria Price Tostoe of Tarboro; father, Thomas H. "Tommy" Mills and wife Nancy of Tarboro; sister, Angela Mills Zuleg and husband Kevin of Newton, NC.
