Thomas M. "Tommy" Johnson, Sr., 78, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

Tommy dedicated 55 years of work at LS Cable and System also known as Anaconda Wiring Company.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at FaithHouse Chruch with Pastor Mike Chatt officiating the service. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery, Pinetops, NC.

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, James and Annie Bell Johnson and brother Jimmie Edward Johnson.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ann H. Johnson; sons, Mitch Johnson (Susan) of Pinetops, Timothy Johnson and Tony Johnson of Nashville; grandsons, Dillon Johnson, Travis Johnson, and Elisha Johnson all of Pinetops; and sisters, Virginia Hyde of Cambridge, MD., Janie Wadsworth (Perry) of Whitakers, Carolyn Shelton (Hugh) of Newport, NC, and Linda Johnson of Whitakers.

Visitation will be at 12:30 – 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at FaithHouse Church.
