Virginia Anderson Harrell, 92, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020. She was born in Edgecombe County on November 6, 1927 to the late Albert Delton Anderson and Belle Norris Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ledger Clark Harrell; and a son Teddy Wright Harrell.

Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday, June 5, at Macclesfield Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Cam Coburn officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 12:30-1:30.

Virginia is survived by a loving family including her daughter, Susan Harrell Head; sons, Aubrey Clark Harrell and wife Janice, Ledger Norris Harrell and wife Teresa, Larry Clayton Harrell and wife Sandra; grandchildren, Nicholas Harrell, Austin Harrell, Rebecca Harrell Sugg, Laura Harrell Hughes, John Clayton Harrell, Brittany Harrell Letchworth and Daniel Harrell; 13 great-grandchildren; brother George Anderson and wife Frances; numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Macclesfield Presbyterian Church, 205 N 2nd St., Macclesfield, NC 27852.
