Wendy Keel, 47, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC. after a courageous battle with cancer. She is now in her Heavenly Home with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

She loved life, family and friends never met a stranger, had a sincere care of others and willing to do anything for anyone, anytime. She will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 22, 2021 from 3:00 – 5:00 pm at Carlisle Funeral Home, Tarboro, NC.

She is survived by her loving family, including husband of 25 years, James Keel; children, James Keel, Jr., and Breanna Keel; mother and father, April Renn and Tommy Renn; stepbrothers, Shane Renn (Amber) and their children, Austin and Caleb, Kyle Renn; cousin, Eva White who she loved like a sister; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family would like to thank Dr. Pamela Lapara and the staff of Vidant Medical Cancer Center, Greenville, NC for their dedication of service and kindness during this difficult time.
