Mr. Willis Manning Jr ( Todd), age 58, passed away on March 14th 2019 in Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC.

Todd is survived by his parents Willis and Doreen Manning; sister Crystal Travis; brother in Law Michael Travis; niece Brittany Appell her husband Joshia Appell and her daughter Gretchen Appell.

Todd was well known from his time managing the Suburban Grill in Tarboro. He was a very outgoing man who loved to talk and getting to know people. He loved fishing, old cars, and his friends and family.

There will be a Celebration of Todd's Life at the Trinity Baptist Church on Monday , March 18, 2019 at 2 Pm with the Pastor Jordon Willard. The family will receive friends and family one hour before the service at the church. The interment will follow in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park., Rocky Mount, NC.
