Woodrow "Big Woody" Parisher, Jr., 67, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022.

Funeral service will be on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at Carlisle Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Edgecombe Memorial Park officiated by Dr. C. J. Cauble.

Woodrow was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow Parisher, Sr., and Anna Virginia Swandal; and his brother, Kelly Parisher.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Fletcher; son, Woodrow Parrisher III and wife Frances; grandchildren, Johnnie Williams V, Haley Parrisher, Addisyn Parrisher, Palan Vick, Liam Fletcher, Austin, Anthony, and Steven; great-granddaughter, Avery Blake; sisters, Carol Ann Summerlin, Marian Nichols, Dana Mobley, Ellen Cohee, and Jenny Parisher; and brother, Leslie Parisher.

Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Carlisle Funeral Home.
