Bobby Lee Eason, 82, passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, January 13, 2021.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 16, 2021 in Edgecombe Memorial Park with family members officiating. The family will receive visitors on Saturday from 2:00-3:00 PM at Carlisle Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Gladys Ines Heath Eason and James Council Eason. His older brother Willie Eason; two sisters, Dorothy Harrington and Kay Toffton; and his beloved grandson Lee Harrell also preceded him in death.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 60 years, Eloise Eason; two beautiful daughters, Pennie Eason and Debbie Eason; two beautiful granddaughters, Scarlett Marks and Brandi Harrell; a beautiful great-granddaughter Nevaeh Lei Proctor. Along with two brothers, Russell Eason (Connie) and Ray Eason; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was a great person and meant a lot to many people. To his girls he was Bobby, Daddy and Papa. He was a teacher and healer of hearts. He loved everyone and was kind to everyone he met. He was the most caring and amazing man to have ever walked the earth. The world will now be a darker place without him in it. He will never be able to be replaced in our hearts. He will be dearly missed.
