Bradford "Brad" Keith Cullins

Brad Cullins, 39, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Carlisle Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Pike officiating. Burial will follow in Edgecombe Memorial Park.  

Brad was a loving, faithful, honorable, compassionate family man who loved his wife, children and family. He enjoyed cooking, especially barbecuing on the grill and having a good time. He would always jokingly say “He was a better cook than his daddy, especially when it came to chicken.” When Brad was diagnosed with cancer, he was determined to defeat it and never gave up. His children will always remember seeing their daddy fight so hard and his strong will to live. He was a friend to all and never met a stranger. He will be missed dearly by family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lena and Ike Moyer; and grandfather, Pete Cullins.

He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Cullins; daughters, Gabrielle Cullins, Brianna Cullins, Rebecca Cullins; mother, Sheila Trevette and step-father Thomas “Tom”; father, Keith Cullins and step-mother Pam; grandmother, Beck Brown and Lonnie Brown; sister, Shannon Lassiter; father and mother in-law, Walter and Judy Adcock; his fur-baby Duke Cullins; and a host of loving cousins.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Carlisle Funeral Home.
