Inez was loved by all who knew her. Always had a kind and encouraging word for everybody. Kids loved to go to her house because they were loved and welcomed. She was a great cook and always had a plenty for everyone, never told anyone you can't have more to eat if you wanted it. That is why all of us are a little oversized, but her family meant the world to her.
Last but not least she was a true child of GOD. She loved going to church services and gospel singings. She was a member of The Church of God which was at the beginning of the path we lived on. She was a person you could pattern your life after, kind, loving, gentle, caring, helpful, and always there when you need someone just to talk to. Never judgmental.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Carlisle Funeral Home and other times at the home of Tammy and Jeff Pierce, 190 Harris Hill Lane, Tarboro, NC.
She will be greatly missed, but we know she is in heaven. And one day we can see her again.
