UPDATED OBITUARY:
George Howard Norville, Jr., 39, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023.
George was born in Pitt County on July 9, 1984 to George Howard Norville and the late Mattie Ruth Stocks.
He is survived by his father George Norville; daughters, Alissa Norville and Jessie Norville; his children's mother, Heather Norville; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
George was an avid hunter, fisherman and loved to play golf. He loved his children and family.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Carlisle Funeral Home with Reverend Stump Cale officiating and Mike Hamel singing. Visitation will follow the service until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. George would like everyone to dress casual.
