Sandra Renee Stroud, age 56 of Elm City, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2021 at her home in Elm City, NC following several illnesses and at the last a COVID infection.
Sandy was born on June 14, 1965, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Samuel Lee Morris and Barbara Ann Britt Morris. She attended school in Edgecombe County.
